Between now and February 28, 2009 you can send your used, all-occasion greeting cards to St. Jude’s Ranch for Children.

Thyme, either dried or fresh, contains a hig amount of antimicrobial compounds that fight against colds and flus. Thyme also has expectorant properties that can help calm a cough.
THYME TEA
Combine:
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 2 teaspoons of dried thyme OR 3 teaspoons of fresh thyme.
You can drink 1-3 cups daily for cold, flu, or cough symptoms.
(I know it might not be so tasty, but it helps!)
You can also gargle with the tea (once it has cooled down some) to help soothe a sore throat.
This is so simple, but so great for your skin!
Ingredients:
- 4 tsp of loose green tea (or just cut open 4 tea bags)
- 1 cup mineral H2O
- Bring water to a boil
- Steep tea for 10 minutes (so it’s concentrated)
- Allow tea to cool
- Pour tea into a spray bottle
- Refrigerate
Spray on your skin or pat on with a cotton ball for a simple, refreshing toner to put on before your moisturizer, or anytime!
