Homemade Ginger Tea:
- Peel a one-inch piece of fresh ginger
- Place ginger in freshly boiled water
- Steep for five minutes
- Add some fresh lemon juice (optional)
- Enjoy!
This is a great tea to reduce water retention, increase metabolism and support the immune system.

God in heaven knows I need this. Girl, I’m going out to get me some ginger today. I really need to drink this around my cycle time, this will cut out on some of that water retention. Thanks for the tip.
