  2. Hmm…not sure I have 5 but one way is to just be happy and positive and another way is to just stop and enjoy and appreciate the simple things like all the new things my daughter is doing and saying. And one more is doing more yoga b/c it helps me keep my life simple and happy!

one big way to keep simple—detach from email, cell, social media etc for a while, after work (except allnaturalannie.com of course)

    take a walk

    do something creative or read

  7. 100% true! I do it all the time! Trying to be conscious of it daily.

  10. That is soooo true. I think I could simplify my life if I just quit caring so much about stupid dumb things. Why do they have to matter so much to me. I am too much of a perfectionist.

  11. That is sooooo true…..We do make it harder sometimes…I love this so much:)

  12. Ummm that’s a hard one, but at least 1 I know I struggle with is, “Live in the moment.” I am always thinking about the past and looking forward to things to come. I would like to be more present in the here and now!
