    I am basically in love with kale (serious addiction) and had no idea of the health benefits it offered. Cool!

    Thankfully I am a fan of and eat all of the things you listed. The hotter the pepper the more the Chef and I are consuming!!

  3. This is so interesting! I eat a lot of broccoli, onions, and garlic but would love to start experimenting with Kale. I’m not sure I’ve ever tried it. Thanks for the great facts!

    maybe some beneficial items that owners can fit into their pets’ diet or something like that

    I used to take a indole-3 carbinol (the substance in broccoli, cauliflower, and kale which fight excess estrogen in the body) supplement as I was found to have excess estrogen in my body. It did a wonderful job to balance me out.
