/ August 13, 2010WOW! I love yams and sweet potatoes. They remind me of fall and being that I am OVER the crazy heat in DC, I can’t wait to try this.

It is so funny you posted this. Just last night I was talking to my husband about yams and potatoes. We love yams, but need a new way to cook them, and this is perfect!! Thanks for this, and great timing!

/ August 13, 2010Well hooray for this! And they’re not deep fried either. Yes!
Interestingly enough I have been craving root vegetables like crazy lately. My acupuncturist said it’s because I haven’t been getting enough sleep so my body craves nighttime veggies (and sleep) to compensate. Interesting, huh?
Anyway, I would love to try these. Sound excellent.
xoxo,
Carrie

/ August 17, 2010Annie! I just made this recipe for dinner tonight and ALL my boys ate it up and loved it! Oliver ate probably an entire cup, and Milo and Andrew enjoyed it as well. I’m pretty sure it cured my nausea too (no, I’m not prego, just not feeling great today). Keep ‘em coming!
