So simple: 1 banana + 1 cup frozen pineapple* + 14 fl oz coconut milk + 2 tbsp chia seeds and blend for a minute or two. So easy and sooo yummy! (Serves 1-2)

*You could use fresh pineapple too, but I like using frozen for the texture and temperature effects
