About

I have lived, breathed, and loved natural food and natural beauty products since day one, when I was born at home. More formally, I am a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I’m not an extremist, but I truly believe and have experienced how incorporating healthier, natural choices into your every day routines will lead to better health and greater balance in your life.

I am thrilled to be informing you about beauty, health, and household products and tips that are more natural and healthy, as well as affordable.  This blog will provide you with trustworthy information that will make it easier for you to be a consumer of some of the greatest natural products currently on the market. Our daily lifestyle choices can lead us to our best health so I hope to help you make some of the best choices possible!

All of the information and tips I will be providing here will based on research, personal opinion, and experience. For this site, the word natural will refer to things that are free of artificial or genetically-altered ingredients.Whether I’m talking about a food or beauty product, I will make it a point not to include anything that has artificial coloring, artificial flavoring, EDTA, BHT, parabens, or any of the other “bad ingredients”. The less processed and the closer to nature the better!

  3. All Natural Annie,
I’m kind of new to going natural and a few friends told me I had to check out your website.
I recently purchased fresh chocolate peanut butter from Whole Foods. I am used to everything being processed and being able to leave peanut butter on the shelf. I’m not sure if I can do the same with fresh peanut butter. I tried refrigerating it and it got really hard. Can I keep it unrefriged? If so, what is the shelf-life? Thanks!!

    Hi Annie,

Great website…I’m looking forward to reviewing the info. I’m always reading labels on everything and learning as much as possible about nutrition & natural everything. I hope America becomes less ‘processed’ and more natural… I think people are catching on slowly. :)
