I love your site. Feel relaxed and inspired to start making small changes to take care of myself. Your quotes are inspirational and love reading them. Have to ask – are you also a photographer? You’re photos are amazing.
I purchased loose lentils about six months ago and left them in a plastic bag. Are they still good? With the cold weather coming my daughter is looking forward to a warm bowl of lentil soup!
Dried lentils actually have an indefinite shelf-life! However, for best presentation and taste use them within 1 year! It is best to store them in an airtight container or sealed package in a cool, dry place. I hope you and your daughter enjoy your delicious, homemade lentil soup! :)
