Natural Fact of the Day

All types of tea, whether white, green, black, or oolong, come from the very same plant (the Camellia sinensis). A tea’s “color” classification is determined by the processing of the leaves from field to cup. No matter the selection, tea is packed with antioxidants and a delicious beverage hot or cold. Personally, my favorites are iced green tea with a splash of lemonade, hot jasmine green tea or black tea with a teaspoon of honey and a splash of organic milk.  What’s your favorite? If you don’t know, broaden your tea horizons and try some new varieties today!

I love green tea with hint of lemon and I drink yogi teas depending on my mood! Kisses my dear

  2. I love tea, i think it is tough to decide the top fav’s..but i think Tazo’s bergamont tea with honey and milk (has lavender infused in it) and morrocan mint tea in a glass, otherwise Green tea is my top go to daily

  3. Trader Joe’s Jasmine Green Tea is my favorite but lately I’ve been having a cup of chamomile tea before bed. It’s very calming! I also went through a phase of Tazo’s Zen Green tea… there’s a zing of mint in it. I drink it on the way to work.. it’s a better alternative to coffee, which is so addictive and gives me headaches!

Love your blog! Very informative :)
