43 Ways to Simply

I think basically everyone today could use some more simplicity in their lives. Don’t you agree? Well here are 43 ways to make your days more simplified from zenfamilyhabits.net.

  1. These are utterly awesome, I especially believe #5-8. And I started a gratitude journal earlier in the year, it seems so little, but I think it makes a huge difference – just to refocus thoughts! Thank you for this, Annie!

  2. This is such a great list! I’m big on numbers 3 and four (as well as many others). Living in the moment is always a work in progress for me, but it feels great when I make it happen.

  3. Love the list… I either do or I don’t!! Ha-Ha! Nothing in between here!! I am taking the ones that are definite don’ts and making those do’s!!!

  4. Annie this might be my favorite post of the day – if not week and month. There are so many outstanding tips on here that are so true and key to living simply. You find the best stuff!!

I’ve nixed a lot of tv and am keeping email at bay-trying to focus on getting outside more and living in the moment.

THANK YOU for this post. I’m printing this out and hanging on the fridge as well as in my office!

  5. Another exciting list of on just how to simply live a life that matters! #1 on the list is the thing I just can’t simply do but maybe I should challenge myself more. No cellphone for the whole day tomorrow!! Good luck to me! Haha!
