Natural Heartburn Reducers

  1. Oatmeal
  2. Ginger
  3. Applesauce

Try one or all three if you experience occasional, mild heartburn. Combining them would actually not be that weird at all and probably quite tasty.

  3. I often have heartburn, this doesn’t involve the heart, right? I read once that it’s the gastric juices that does this. Is it right? But the oatmeal and applesauce really sounds good :)
